I am a design and experience executive who leads through complexity—bridging brand, product, and systems with judgment grounded in hands-on craft.

Across my career, I’ve worked in both agency and enterprise environments, often stepping into situations marked by fragmentation, uncertainty, or rapid change. I’m most often brought in when clarity is needed: when teams are misaligned, systems are under strain, or the work has outgrown the structures meant to support it. My role in those moments is less about control and more about coherence—helping organizations reconnect strategy, design, and execution in ways that are durable and human.

My leadership style is shaped by breadth. I’ve spent years working across disciplines that don’t always share language or incentives, from brand and creative direction to experience strategy, design systems, and emerging technology. That range has given me a deep respect for craft, alongside an understanding of how decisions ripple across organizations. I care deeply about taste, but I care just as much about structure—because without the right conditions, even good ideas struggle to survive.

In addition to my design practice, I write. Writing is where I slow down and think more deliberately about leadership, systems, and the cultural forces that shape how we work. It’s also where I explore ideas that sit adjacent to formal deliverables but often influence them most directly: care as a leadership practice, structure as an enabler, and the quiet labor required to hold complexity together.

At this stage of my career, I’m drawn to work that operates at meaningful scale—global brands, public-facing products, and organizations navigating transformation. I’m particularly interested in environments where design and experience are treated not as surface layers, but as core capabilities that shape trust, clarity, and long-term value.
