Design

Design, for me, is a leadership practice rooted in craft.

It is how I navigate complexity—bridging brand, product, and experience in ways that are coherent, durable, and grounded in how things are actually made.

I’ve worked across a wide range of contexts, from agency to enterprise, and across disciplines that don’t always speak the same language. That breadth has shaped how I lead: with respect for craft, an understanding of systems, and a sensitivity to taste that comes from having done the work hands-on. I’m often brought in when clarity is needed—when teams, products, or narratives have grown fragmented, and design needs to operate as a connective force.

The work shown here reflects that approach. These are not isolated artifacts, but moments where design was used to align disciplines, shape direction, and move complex organizations forward with intention.

Let’s work together.
